Imagine a world where every young person’s dreams are valued. A world where vulnerable and disadvantaged young people from rural Kenya—including those living in extreme poverty and those who have lost their parents—are given the opportunity to compete on equal footing with their peers.

 

This is the vision of the Godfrey Chira Foundation.

 

We exist to bridge the gap between generous donors and vulnerable young people whose dreams are being limited by circumstances beyond their control. Many have no access to higher education, vocational training, employment opportunities, or the resources needed to build a brighter future.

 

We believe that changing even one life can create a ripple effect that transforms families, communities, and generations. Whether we help one young person, ten, or one hundred, every life changed is a step towards a better future and a reflection of God’s love in action.

 

The Godfrey Chira Foundation is committed to empowering Kenya’s disadvantaged youth through scholarships, educational opportunities, and skills development, equipping a new generation of leaders who will bring lasting change to their communities.
